If you intend on returning goods to us please inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods. If you have received damaged or faulty goods you should inform us within 2 days of receipt and we will attempt to replace these items. If you prefer not to go ahead with order we will refund your money in full including cost of returning items. Please inform us by email email@example.com
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g faulty product, or incorrect shipment). Your statutory rights are not affected.If you have simply ordered the incorrect items or changed your mind you will be responsible for cost of returning and there will be a 20% re-stocking charge. Please note, Made to order, Specials, or Sourced items are not returnable.
We can not accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in transit so please make sure they are packaged correctly and we recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
